We hadn’t been down in our finished 97 year old basement for a long time. Didn’t know we had a dripping pipe and a clogged city waste pipe until the mold appeared on all walls through drywall. Called RAM and they were out next day. Completely gutted the basement. Walls, ceiling and floors. Also any soft items (including a pool table and sofa). They then washed/sprayed a solution everywhere, cleaned all vents and tile floor. What was important to me was their fast response. I would recommend them.

We were referred to RAM Restoration when water from our upstairs bathroom made its way through the kitchen ceiling below. AJ came out and immediately got to work removing parts of the soaked ceiling, setting up machines to dry the mess, and creating barriers to keep the room closed off. He was thorough and efficient and made sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He came back each day following to test levels of moisture. Once all was dry by day 3, he removed the machines/barriers, thoroughly cleaned any mess left behind, and informed us of needed steps moving forward. Despite this whole mess being unexpected, it’s nice to have some peace of mind and confidence that the restoration part of this now ongoing project was done by best. Highly recommend for mold restoration! We had mold in the ceiling & walls of 2 small rooms due to previous water damage. AJ & his team removed all the old material & took care of everything for us. It was efficient & thorough, and they answered all of my questions. These guys know what they're doing!
