water loss

This household experienced a water loss when their special needs son accidentally overflowed their bathing enclosure. The water spread out across the bathroom floor as well as seeping through the subfloor and affecting the downstairs bathroom and hallway. The upstairs bathroom had tile flooring that was able to be saved but the downstairs had to have the ceiling removed throughout as well as the bathroom needing the vanity, toilet, and flooring removed to be able to properly address the issue.

Only removal of affected materials and clean-up was complete did we begin the drying process and bring their lives back to normal functionality.
