Water Loss

Everyone enjoys having a swimming pool at their home right? Well for this homeowner that just wasn’t the case. After returning from a weekend getaway she discovered that her basement had 3 and a half feet of water in it. With her items floating about her basement, she called us for emergency water extraction. (For the sake of understanding: a 1000 sq/ft basement with 1 inch of water in it equals roughly 1000 gallons of water) after hours of extraction and assisting with navigating her insurance policy we began the removal of affected contents (her personal items and furniture) and affected materials such as drywall and insulation. Once the structure was safe to apply air movement, the drying process began and within days her home was returned to its pre-loss condition.
