After her second refrigerator sprung a leak from the supply line, they found themselves walking on sopping wet carpet and pad. The refrigerator was located in her dining room where it had sat for 40+ years. We were able to relocate the refrigerator to her garage and began the removal process for the flooring. Identifying where the water had traveled allowed us to fully and properly dry out the structure and return it to a livable state.
