Water Loss at Grand Rapids, MI (Kent County)

water loss

After returning from work this family discovered that their sump pump had failed, and their basement was full of water. They attempted to remove the water themselves but quickly realized that they were not properly equipped to fully handle the job. After arriving on site we began extracting the remaining water and moving the contents so the affected area was clear and safe to work in. After all of the water extraction was complete and it was time to dry the structure out, we found that the amount of electricity and outlets available was not sufficient for the amount of equipment required to properly dry out the structure.
