Step 1: Contact Us
When a disaster strikes, it can be very overwhelming and can happen any time of the day, which is why RAM Restoration is available 24/7 to assist you through this stressful time. Our 24/7 emergency services will be able to get a crew dispatched to your home or business in as little as 15 minutes. We can’t change what happened, but our job is to prevent any further damage from occurring, which is why our top of the line response is crucial to your home or business.
Step 2: Inspection
With our 24/7 availability, the inspection process is critical as this will determine the cause, scope & size, and plan for the mitigation of your damages. Our team will be able to inspect your home or business and determine the cause of your damages, which will help you better understand if your insurance is likely to cover the cost of your loss. We will also be able to assist you in determining if the damages sustained will benefit you in filing an insurance claim based on the monetary value of your damages. We will work directly with you in determining the best course of action in getting your home or business restored to its pre-loss condition.
Step 3: Emergency Services
Our quick response is crucial to your home/business and addressing your damages is our top priority. Our IICRC certified professionals will start the clean-up process to minimize your damages as much as possible. The clean-up process will be in full gear from setting up drying equipment, documenting and photographing your damages, temporary repairs, and removing un-salvageable items. We will work efficiently to make sure that the clean-up is moving in a timely manner to minimize the burden on you or your business all while doing what is needed to get your home or business back to that pre-loss condition. We will also work with you to make sure, should you file an insurance claim, that you and your insurance company have everything needed to be able to process your claim in a timely manner.
Step 4: Completion
Once we have completed the entire clean-up process, we will get you or your insurance company all the documentation needed to help process your loss in a timely manner. We will make sure to walk all of your damage rooms/areas with you and verify the mitigation performed is up to your standards and ours. Should the emergency services require removal of building materials that will need to be re-constructed, we can provide you with multiple of our trusted vendors to help that re-constriction process go as smooth as possible. We will continue to be in contact with you throughout the entire process and after, if needed.
